Ensuring complete enrolment process:
- Enrolment through the portal is conducted in two fixed cycles every month.
- The first cycle takes place from the 1st to the 8th for employees joining between the 16th and the end of the previous month.
- The second cycle occurs from the 15th to the 23rd of every month for employees joining between the 1st and the 15th of that month.
- All employees receive automated emails containing the enrollment portal link one day before the start of the enrollment window. Reminder emails are sent every other day until the enrollment window concludes.
- The SKF HR team receives status update emails regarding employees who have completed or have not yet completed the enrolment process. This allows the HR team to drive the enrolment process within the specified window.
- Employees who have not completed the enrolment process in the first window will have the option to complete it in the second window. However, proactive communication regarding the second window is not sent to the employee to ensure enrolment completion within the initial window.
- For employees who have not completed the enrolment in either of the two windows, it will be assumed that no enrolment data is available for them.
Endorsement process:
- The Loop ops team shares the received data with the SKF team for data validation within three working days.
- The SKF team shares the validated data with the insurance company on a monthly basis to complete the endorsement cycle.
- The insurance company receives the consolidated endorsement data by the 12th of every month.
- The SKF team receives the active roster and CD statement by the 25th of every month.
Implementing this proposed process brings multiple improvements. Fixed enrollment cycles establish clear and predictable deadlines for employees to complete their enrollment, reducing the chances of missed deadlines and the need for extensions.

This means that employees can connect with qualified doctors remotely using the app. The doctor consults enable employees to discuss their health concerns, receive medical advice, obtain prescriptions if necessary, and seek appropriate treatment recommendations. This remote access to healthcare professionals can save time and enhance convenience for employees.
Lastly, there have been 52 lab test bookings. By using the app for lab test bookings, employees can conveniently arrange the necessary diagnostic tests, ensuring timely detection and monitoring of health conditions.
