The most consulted specialists were physiotherapists, dermatologists, and pediatricians, followed by mental health specialists, physicians, nutritionists, and orthopedics.
Not only did the app provide ESDS employees with better access to healthcare services, but it also resulted in significant cost savings for the organization. The zero-cost added benefits helped ESDS save more than INR 50,000.
Quoting Rushikesh, “In the middle of the night, one employee had some health issues. The doctors from Loop were really responsive, and they immediately responded.
They have also shared the right kind of medications to be taken up in this panic situation. From the feedback I got, I think they've done a great job, and giving the right guidance.
