Speaking about the medical advisor and doctor consultations, Manika said, “Even employees don’t have to take half day off or anything like that for simple illnesses like cough or cold. They can consult online and get a solution. And if need be, they can go in for a physical consult.”

The 43 online doctor consultations highlight the convenience and efficiency of Loop's virtual healthcare services. Employees were able to consult with healthcare professionals remotely through the app, eliminating the need for physical visits to clinics or hospitals. This not only saves valuable time for employees but also reduces productivity disruptions caused by lengthy in-person appointments. From a business perspective, the ability to access online doctor consultations helps maintain employee productivity and ensures timely healthcare access, ultimately benefiting the overall performance of the organization.

Manika’s 16-year-old son underwent a doctor consultation on the Loop app. She said, “My son wanted to speak to a dermatologist. Being a youngster, he used the app himself to book a consultation. Because of his age, the doctor asked her son if his mother is around. So I’m glad they double-checked. The doctor knew that parents should be around for youngsters. Post the consultation, he got the prescriptions, spoke to the MA, and got everything sorted out. So now I am less involved. We’re giving a better option to family members to not depend on us.” 

The 13 lab test bookings indicate that employees actively utilized the discounted lab test feature provided by Loop. From Manika, we heard some employee feedback about the loop app. Here’s what it is, “One employee’s wife had bones and joint pain. The employee booked a consult on the Loop app, and they even suggested a doctor nearby the home, given the diet, with this care, really improved and 70% of the ailment has gone now. MA also helped with nearby locations with tests. Just share location and Loop team helps with everything.”
