Who is eligible for the Diabetes Care program?
Anyone who has Type 2 Diabetes or Pre-diabetes is eligible. We cater to people from all age groups.
I’m not that comfortable with using technology, can I still sign up?
Definitely! If you are comfortable using Whatsapp, this programme will be very easy for you. Our experts and coaches will work with you to ensure your diabetes is under control.
What are achievable weekly plans?
Your coach and you have 12 weekly video-call meetings. In each video call, they will set a weekly plan which would include mini targets you have to achieve. These would be extremely specific targets according to your motivation level, and what you can control in your daily life. Your coach will proactively message you on WhatsApp to check up on you every alternative day, to motivate you. You can also message your coach for any questions-big or small.
How long will the Diabetes Care program last?
12 weeks! We recommend following through to see real results. You will definitely see a change in your diabetes levels with this plan.
I have other conditions along with Diabetes (eg. Hypertension, kidney or liver issues, etc). Is this programme for me?
Yes. Our care team is trained to treat Diabetes and all of its complications or comorbidities. Both doctors and coaches will take a detailed history from you before creating your plan.
Are your services available all across India?
We would love to! And our teams are working to expand. As of now, we are offering our services in Pune, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Noida and Delhi. We’ll let you know as we bring our services to other cities!
Can I buy this for a friend or family member?
