| I bought the Spot Bot about 2 years ago, after getting sick of cleaning up cat vomit stains on my hands and knees. Because of the price, I wasn't expecting anything of super high quality, and felt that I had reasonable expectations. I was immediately blown away! The ease with which I can now clean up any stain from my carpet is AMAZING. I have had the same unit for 2 years and have never had a problem with it (and I use it nearly daily). Lately one of my 2 cats has had major issues with using her litter box to poop, and I regulary come home to a mess on the carpet. It's extremely frustrating, but the Spot Bot cleans it right up, every time! I do not use the Bissel cleaning solution though. I just fill the reservoir with clean hot water, then spray the stain itself with a pet stain remover. It works great! I would recommend this product to anybody! If my Spot Bot ever dies, I will definitely be going back out to buy another! GREAT PRODUCT! |

| The Bissell SpotBot Pet Hands-Free Compact Deep Cleaner, Blue Illusion, 1200A is the answer to my prayers! We have 2 Basset Hounds and a Dachsund. We normally don't let them into our 3 carpeted rooms, but occasionally they get in anyway. This machine removes dried urine from very thick carpeting, and gets the stain out totally and leaves the carpet smelling like fresh laundry that was hung outside to dry. It's awesome! I just read a review that stated that the machine left the carpet too wet. This is simply not true. This machine extracted the water and the carpet is left slightly damp. Put a fan on it for 30 minutes and you're good to go. I highly recommend this machine as an alternative to constantly dragging out the big, bulky steam machines that way a ton! It is quick and easy. Just set the machine on the spot, push a button, and go about your business. It successfully removes the stain and the odor. When the machine is finished...approx. 6 minutes, just turn it off, empty the tank and put it away. It doesn't get much easier than that! |

| My Little Green Clean machine that I bought in 1993 died, and I needed a replacement immediately. I have an older cat who has "issues" about twice a week. He usually has his "issues" while we're at work, so it gets pretty set in by the time we home. The auto clean feature is awesome! It's completely removes the stains; however, it does the carpet a wetter than I like, so I use the manual hose to suck up remaining moisure. |

| We purchased this macheine b/c one of our dogs started having diarrhea issues in the living room at night and was not waking us up to go outside, you know that nasty brown green liquid diarrhea that Resolve would NEVER get out of your carpet. We cleaned up the first night with Resolve but still had a big green/brown spot on our WHITE carpet that was REALLY obvious! the next day we purchased this spot bot, and were SO HAPPY with the results, and in the following days it helped clean up all the accidents he kept having (dont worry all you vet savvy people, everything is ok, hes just going thru a rough food transition for his tummy). sometimes the auto cycle dosnt get everything, but that is what the little brush is for, and it's SO easy!!. and the Clean up!!! I still think there is some kind of hidden compartment in the machine that is hard to clean, b/c the dirty water container is SO EASY to lift out and empty and rinse and pop back in!!. I would recomend this product to EVERYONE! |

This is an excellent carpet cleaner for the basic cat mess or spill. But where the spotbot really shines is big, nasty messes. example: tonight I was painting a cabinet dark gray and the paint tray flipped over on to our cream colored carpet. I blotted up the excess paint and grabbed the spotbot. Praying to anyone that would listen I filled added carpet cleaner and water and put the spotbot to work. After using the deep set stain setting and hitting a few drops with the manual cleaning parts- paint free carpet.
